1st Philippine Radio Music Awards
All the best and premier radio stations in the Philippines come together to be on the other side of the fence. This time it’s the radio networks that’s giving the awards!
The first Radio Music Awards’ awarding ceremony will be on June 9, 6pm at The Sky Dome at the Sky Dome in SM North EDSA, until that day arrives, expect several posts about the event.

The First Radio Music Awards kicks off with a Live Performance Blitz featuring the leading nominees in the various categories—Best Pop Artist, Best New Artist, Best Solo Artist, Best Group, Best Indie Artist, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Listeners’ Choice Award and more!
The RMA Pocket Concerts start on April 25th (and four Saturdays thereon) 5pm at the SM City North Edsa Atrium culminating with the Grand Awards Night on June 9, 6pm at The Sky Dome.
MISSION STATEMENT
The RMAs mission statement is simple, but represents the heart and soul of the organization’s efforts: to positively impact and encourage the lives of musicians, Industry members, and our society at large to produce music that will be globally accepted; improving the quality of OPM music for global standard and for export.
VISION STATEMENT
In furtherance of our purpose, DYNAMEDIA and TRPI has created and presents the annual Philippine Radio Music Awards ceremony, with the purpose of (1) developing global standard artists that are accepted world-wide, (2) using the RMAs as another form of industry that helps improve our economy, and (3) encourage and promote the advancement of musicians and others in the country by recognizing their musical achievements as well as the achievements of outstanding music production and its producers.
