Clem Castro Leaving Orange and Lemons?
Clem Castro, the guitarist/vocalist and the other half behin of Orange and Lemons has left or fired by the group.
Together with long time friend and fellow guitarist and vocalist, McCoy, formed the band a few years back.

“vocalist ng Orange and Lemons sinipa na sa banda”
Phenomenon ang pagsikat noon ng “Orange and Lemons” sa pagkanta nila ng “Pinoy Big Brother” theme song at iba pang hits.
Pero sa launch ng bago nilang album nitong Huwebes, tatlong miyembro na lang ang humarap sa media. Wala na ang vocalist at gitaristang si Clem.
Hindi pa man tapos ang okasyon, biglang dumating si Clem at nabalot sa tensyon ang lahat. Hindi niya matanggap ang announcement na wala na siya sa grupo.
Nagkasakit din daw si Clem kaya hindi siya nakasipot sa mga gig ng grupo.
Pinanindigan ng manager ng grupo na si Bong Baluyut na wala na si Clem sa banda at ito na ang huli niyang album sa grupo.
Habang inaayos ang mga legal at pinansyal na isyu, iginiit naman ng Universal Records na sisikapin pa rin nitong maayos ang gulo.
“Sadly, ‘Moonlane Gardens’ is Clem’s last album with Orange and Lemons. He is no longer a member of the band, due to artistic differences” – Malaya

damn it wag nyo tangalin si clem… panu ang orange and lemon kung wala si clem? hindi na kayo cool nyan aztg ni clem
honga, favorite local band ko pa naman ang ONL, pag wala na si clem parang iba n ang ONL, ang gaganda p nmn ng songs at adlibs nya. sana ngbibiro lng kyo.
Silang 2 kaya ni makoy yung foundation ng OnL, wala nang OnL kung aalis
si Clem..
sayang naman.. magaling pa man din sya..
Clem Castro is the soul beind ONL..
if Clem will be out its never gonna be ONL again..
if you’ll listen to any of their albums we can simply tell
that he’s the main man..his chord-lines are simply amazing
and such solos maketh the ONL sounds..Moonlane Gardens
is one the best OPM albums i ever listened to..its quite comparable
to E-heads Fruitcake when it comes to concepts and musical flow..
Most of the songs in this album were sung by Clem,songs like
“Let me” and “11 Minutes” are more than enough to manifest reasons
that this album is fantastic..Walang Katulad si Clem!
i bought the latest MYX mag yesterday and there’s an article there bout ONL,
it was a great interview cuz both sides were heared..after reading it,a quick rational
judgement will always be in favor on Clem’s side..it was very unfair for him!
there’a lot of ego goin on w/n ONL..especially between Mcoy and Clem..infairness to ‘
Mcoy he’s a good singer but he cant be as good as Clem..Clem is an amazing tunesmith!
if you’ll notice same thing happen to E-heads before, Ely was left behind by his bandmates after
having fued w/ one of there roadies..the only difference that it has in case of ONL it was a betrayal..
For everyone’s info Clem will be joining the band in their US tour, Universal Records managed to
have Clem in because of the “might-boos” that ONL will encounter if Clem will not be there!
ngaun ko palang 2 nalaman ang lead vocals ng onl ay aalis na sana hakahaka lang 2 wala ng feelings ang onl kapag wala na si clem ang laki pa naman ng impluwensya nio sa mga fans na sumosuporta sa inyo wag naman ganyan!!!
