Eraserheads Concert Cut Short, Ely Buendia Rushed To Hospital
The much anticipated Eraserheads Reunion concert (and the probably the biggest musical even of the year) was cut short last night when band front man, Ely Buendia, collapsed and rushed to the hospital after their first half of the show, during their 20-minute break.
Ely Buendia’s sister, Lally who went onstage with Ely’s band mates Raimund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala, Marcus Adoro and concert organizers stating that the band’s lead vocalist and songwriter was in poor health.
An update of Ely’s condition was reported at ABC-CBN news, saying that Ely was transferred to the Philippine Heart Center today (sunday, August 31) around 10:00am
Let us all pray and come together for Ely Buendia’s recovery.

i was rushed to the ER of the Heart Center last night and i was there when Ely was brought in by AeroMed at around 2 a.m. he was asleep when he arrived in a stretcher. he looked stable. Bb. Joyce Bernal and 2 more women [one elderly, one very sexy] were there with him. at around, 3:45 a.m., he was taken out of the ER and taken to a private room upstairs.
