Why the name Pumping Pluto?
They wanted a unique name and at that time all the band names are, apparently most of the band name during their startup was all food-themed so they didn’t want that. Then they thought that no other group named their band after the planets… That’s what they did.
They contemplate on names Jumping Jupiter, Pumping Pluto and Smashing Saturn. They picked ‘Pumping Pluto’.
