Why the name Truefaith?
Medwin Marfil named the band Truefaith which is taken from one of the songs of the famous English electropunk band, New Order.
Truefaith’s Sound?
Its music is best described as a blend of jazz, folk, pop and rock music.
Band History?
The band started with Medwin when he wrote (with fellow composer Francis Guevarra) the sone Perfect.
Convinced of the song’s popularity and its potential to reach a bigger audience, the group formalized their ranks as a band and started playing gigs in La Salle ( Medwin’s college), UP and other schools’ minor functions. Read more….
